Shipping Policy

When should I receive my item?

If your order is placed before 11.30 am, we will endeavour to ship your package the same working day via our Parcelforce24 service (please note, this is not a guarantee). Orders received after 11.30 am will be shipped the following working day. Our shipping team operates Monday-Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day. 

Products will be shipped in a standard non-branded shipping carton to ensure discreet delivery.

Free standard shipping

For all mainland UK orders, we will ship your item using the Parcelforce 24 service. We can provide a tracking number on request.

Please note, we do not ship to Northern Ireland.

Product availability

We always aim to have stock available. In the case that a product is out of stock we will aim to replenish stocks as soon as possible and we will be able to provide estimated availability dates. Large orders are “made to order” and you will be given an estimated delivery date when you receive confirmation of your order.

International shipping

Please contact our customer service team for international shipping enquiries at care@myloworld.com. Alternatively, you can purchase our product on Amazon. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary dependent on location. Please note, we do not ship to Northern Ireland.

Returns Policy

Our customers satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. In the instance you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us at care@myloworld.com and we would be more than happy to investigate any concerns.

Your right to change your mind

Should you wish to return any of our products, we have a 14-day cooling off period, in which time you can return the product for a full refund if the products are unopened. The cooling off period commences from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping in this instance and should be using a tracked service.

Faulty product

Should the product be found to be faulty within 30 days, customers will be entitled to a full refund. Concepta Diagnostics PLC. will be responsible for the cost of shipping, by way of providing a prepaid returns label.

Should the product be found to be faulty between 30 days and 6 months from the date of delivery, a replacement will be offered. If for any reason, a replacement is not available, a full refund may be offered. Customers are responsible for the cost of the returns shipping in this instance and this should be using a tracked service.
